SCDOT Seeks Public Comment To Update Estimated  Construction Cost for I-385 Rehab Project, Greenville County

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is providing public notification of a proposed amendment to the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) to update the estimated construction cost for rehabilitating/resurfacing a section of I-385 in Greenville County

 ​​The proposed amendment updates the estimated cost for the project from $11,743,000 to

$21 million, which involves rehabilitating/resurfacing the existing pavement of I-385 from MM 37 to near MM 42 in Greenville County.  The original planning level estimate has been updated to reflect more detailed pavement design and cross slope corrections.   No adjustment to the project schedule is required at this time with construction anticipated to occur in Federal Fiscal Year 2016.
