The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) plans to close a portion of Wessinger Road (S-32-233) in Lexington County to through traffic starting on Feb. 2 to repair a cross line pipe.
SCDOT is planning to close the portion from Island Trail (S- 32-1177) to Indian Fork (S- 32-878) for four days, pending any delays due to weather conditions, from 9 a.m. on Feb. 2, until 3 p.m. on Feb. 5.
Signs will be in place to detour traffic to Indian Fork and Island Trail. The repairs are necessary to ensure a safe passage for the motoring public.
